Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total amount. Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before check-in, a 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 to 7 days prior, and no refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.
